Engineering

Ultrasonic cleaning is a fast and highly efficient way for cleaning complex components and instruments used in the defence sector. Ultrawave has supplied ultrasonic cleaning systems to the Ministry Of Defence for cleaning a wide range of parts and components in vehicles and machinery.
Ultrasonic cleaning is particularly good at removing carbon deposits from metal components found in rifles and pistols, making them a great addition to any MOD or police force armoury.

With over 35 years of experience in manufacturing precision ultrasonic cleaning systems, Ultrawave is one of the largest manufacturers of ultrasonic cleaners in the UK. All of our ultrasonic cleaners are designed and manufactured by our team of designers, engineers and technicians at our headquarters in Cardiff, South Wales. By ensuring we have complete control of all our processes, we have the flexibility to meet individual customer requirements and provide cleaning solutions to many different markets and applications.
Since our formation in 1990, we have manufactured and sold over 85,000 ultrasonic cleaning systems to customers throughout the world. The Ultrawave team of sales, engineers, designers and production staff are able to interpret your demands and deliver excellent ultrasonic cleaning equipment to meet any cleaning and processing requirements.
In 2020 we embarked on a company re-brand. We retired our green and black logo and updated to a new, modern look.
