Young Vibes Child Anxiety Recovery & School Return Program

Young Vibes Child Anxiety Recovery & School Return Program

Young Vibes is a specialist Child Anxiety Recovery & School Return Program for children struggling with anxiety, fear, or school refusal, including those with ADHD or autism. Unlike traditional therapy, Young Vibes focuses on recovery rather than long-term management. Families often turn to us after other approaches have failed, yet within the first two weeks many see calmer homes, reduced fear, better sleep, and children beginning to re-engage. This isn’t just coping — it’s full recovery, the Young Vibes way.

How It Works for Parents

How It Works for Parents

Young Vibes provides three live Zoom support sessions daily (Monday–Friday at 10am, 12pm, and 6pm) to complement four tailored videos you can watch at your own pace. Parents are encouraged to join 2–3 sessions per week. You don’t need to mention anything to your child, yet through guidance, Zoom messaging, and changes in your own behaviour, your child will begin to recover. This initial stage lasts 2–4 weeks, during which we can liaise with your child’s school if needed, easing pressure on parents and creating space to engage fully with the program.

About us

Young Vibes Child Anxiety Recovery & School Return Program

Young Vibes is a UK organisation focused on supporting children and teenagers who struggle with anxiety, anxiety disorders, and EBSA (Emotionally Based School Avoidance). Through specialist mentoring and guidance, the programme helps young people rebuild confidence, return to school, and improve their mental wellbeing.

Created by Samantha Robins, Young Vibes takes a distinctive approach to childhood anxiety. Rather than viewing anxiety only as an emotional issue, the programme recognises it as a physical condition that produces real physical symptoms. By addressing these symptoms directly, Young Vibes aims to help young people regain control and reduce the impact anxiety has on daily life.

Common symptoms addressed through the programme include:

  • OCD behaviours
  • Panic attacks
  • Sleep disruption
  • Nausea or sickness linked to anxiety
  • Social withdrawal
  • School refusal or avoidance
  • Behavioural changes linked to stress

Because Young Vibes operates primarily online, families across the UK, Ireland, North America and Australia can access support from the programme.

What Does Young Vibes Offer?

The Young Vibes programme is structured around a three-stage recovery framework designed to tackle anxiety at its physical root. Most families complete the programme in approximately three months, though support continues as needed.

Key services include:

  • Interactive Video Coaching

Young Vibes provides separate but complementary video coaching sessions for both parents and children. These structured sessions are designed to help families understand anxiety and work together through the recovery process.

  • 24/7 Support

Families can access guidance at any time via phone, WhatsApp or email, ensuring help is available whenever challenges arise.

  • Drop-In Coaching Sessions

Members can attend regular drop-in sessions to discuss their progress, ask questions, and review what they’ve learned from the coaching materials.

  • Personal Mentoring

One-to-one mentoring supports young people in rebuilding resilience and gradually re-engaging with school and everyday life. Parents also receive personalised guidance on adapting their responses to anxiety-driven behaviours.

  • Community and Peer Support

Members gain access to a private Young Vibes Facebook community, where families share experiences, advice and encouragement with others going through similar challenges.

The Young Vibes Philosophy

The core belief behind Young Vibes is that meaningful recovery begins at home. Parents play a crucial role in helping children overcome anxiety, and the programme focuses heavily on equipping families with practical tools, strategies and understanding.

By empowering parents and creating supportive home environments, the programme aims to produce long-term improvements in confidence, emotional wellbeing and independence.

Delivering the programme online also allows Young Vibes to support a wider range of families who might otherwise struggle to access specialist help locally.

Young Vibes Reviews and Success Stories

Many families have shared positive Young Vibes reviews, highlighting the programme’s impact on both children and parents.

The organisation has received over 400 five-star reviews from families who report improvements such as:

  • Increased confidence in children
  • Reduced anxiety symptoms
  • Improved school attendance
  • Better family communication
  • Greater parental understanding of anxiety

Parents often note that the programme not only supports their child but also changes how the entire family understands and responds to anxiety. Some reviews also mention that learning these techniques helped reduce reliance on medication by addressing anxiety symptoms more effectively.
