Not a good experience , in breach of the consumer act 2015 for the following reasons:1. Misselling - You sold a patented seal system which does not work and caused water damage to my roof and refuse to refund the seal system which does not seal. This is mis-selling. You are a professional and should know your own products2. Goods not as described - You confirmed your contractual agreement for channels to be delivered fabricated to the the correct size - they were all delivered wrong sizes and you refused to collect and correct, you sold the corners as being jointed butt ends, you sold the straight parts as being joined by dowels as per below. Corners were not received jointed, all sizes were completely incorrect and straight part not dowel joined None of your products were received as contractually agreed.Breach of Contract - As above and now despite me paying £4900 in advance for a full system you refuse to deliver the full system contracted Poor workmanship - Work not carried out with reasonable care and skill channels delivered incorrect sizes one 100cm shorter than the measurements provided.I cannot recommend paying any money to this trader you will not receive the products you pay for nor your money back.
