Introducing a highly reliable, well-established, and versatile autocut bandsaw machine designed for ferrous materials such as steel—an essential asset for any bustling workshop. The machine features mitre cuts up to 45° to the left and 60° to the right, with secure mitre locations at 0°- 45°- 60° left and 0° - 45° right.

Designed with a two-way mitre swing head and a rotating cutting table, this machine is perfectly suited for general fabrication and manufacturing applications, particularly when opposed mitre cuts are required.

Automated production cell for centreline pitch drilling, milling, tapping, counterbore, and reaming of linear rails and similar applications.

The system: Designed for drilling, reaming, tapping, and counterboring holes, all operations are conducted through four spindles equipped with automatic tool change capabilities.

Profiles: The suitable profiles include all types of linear rails featuring a series of holes at the centreline pitch, as well as various profiles such as round and square tubes and bars, as depicted in the drawings.

Performance: Outstanding production efficiency is achieved through the simultaneous processing of four profiles (raw components), alongside automatic locking and automatic loading/unloading features.
