This double mitre saw features pneumatic positioned outward-tilting heads, offering a versatile range of angles at 90°, 45°, or 22.5°, complete with mechanical stops for intermediate angles. The generously sized sector plate guarantees precise angle settings, with default positions conveniently set at 90° and 45°. The user-friendly embedded PC control system includes a 10” Magelis colour touch screen HMI, making it straightforward to process random cuts quickly or follow pre-programmed cutting lists. This advanced system supports the creation of intricate frame styles and allows for integration with compatible external software via LAN or USB to receive cutting lists. Additionally, it can generate labels containing job data or barcodes, facilitating seamless integration with CNC machining centres.
