Newton CDM BaseDrain & FloorDrain - Drainage System
Newton CDM BaseDrain and CDM FloorDrain is the drainage system used most commonly within the Newton CDM System − A range of products that collectively receive water ingressing at weaknesses within the structure and then discharge the collected water to a Newton Basement Pumping System or safe drainage.
The 18 mm holes drilled in both sides of the profile, as well as to the top surface, allows water from beneath the CDM Fibran XPS-500C insulation boards and within the spacer zone to enter the drainage channels more easily.

HydroBond 2K-Flex Primer
A fast-drying bitumen emulsion primer and bonding agent that is applied to the substrate prior to the application of the Newton HydroBond 2K-Flex reinforced bitumen waterproof coating. The product adheres well to concrete, masonry, plaster and most other common construction substrates.
Newton CDM Fibran XPS-500C for Basement Waterproofing Systems
Newton CDM Fibran XPS-500C is a 50mm deep, closed-cell thermal insulation board made from rigid extruded polystyrene foam (XPS).
The product is manufactured in accordance with EN 13164 - "Thermal insulation products for buildings - Factory made products of extruded polystyrene (XPS)- specification."
Produced exclusively for Newton Waterproofing Ltd, CDM Fibran XPS-500C insulation boards are used to form a 50mm spacer adjacent to the CDM BaseDrain and CDM FloorDrain drainage channels within the Newton CDM System cavity drain waterproofing system. The insulation boards are rated at 500 kPa and feature specifically designed slots to the underside of the boards, that in combination with the perimeter and spine drainage channels of the Newton CDM System, form a fully drained supporting spacer below the floor drainage membrane.
The insulation boards can also be used as a protection for Newton liquid applied waterproofing membranes applied externally to new earth retained structures or retained walls, uniquely offering protection, insulation and drainage within one product.
FlexProof 106 System
Fast rain-resistant protection: FlexProof 106 is a single-component liquid waterproofing that creates a flexible, elastomeric membrane that becomes rainproof within minutes and can accommodate significant building movement.
Flexible and easy to apply: The system includes thixotropic X1 for detailing and a pourable NV grade for movement joints, with FlexProof 106 Primer to improve adhesion and FoamStop for joint backing.
Clear application guidance: An animation shows the correct use of FlexProof 106-X1 on a concrete construction joint to achieve a continuous, effective waterproof seal.
