Chemitec 50 Series Digital pH/DO/Conductivity/Turbidity/MLSS
The Chemitec 50 Series controller is a multiple parameter input water quality instrument. Key parameters include pH/DO/Conductivity/Turbidity/MLSS using robust sensor technology. The instrument provides a local LCD display with outputs for connection to a site telemetry system. Multiple analogue outputs (4-20mA signals) and freely programmable relays for high/low alarm set points and system fail, may also be connected. The instrument also records data which can be exported to a memory stick via the integral USB.

The measurement of UVT is used to give a general indication of water quality. UV254nm is particularly absorbed by organic compounds dissolved in the water body and by turbidity (suspended solids) in suspension. It is therefore an ideal measurement to determine the effectiveness of UV irradiation for disinfection on water and waste water treatment sites.
