Internal Column Casings
The internal casings from Jtech Services are mainly used to enclose structural steelwork in a decorative finish to make them blend into the interiors design.
Other reasons for an internal casing though are to hide away the different mechanical and/or electrical services needed to run a modern building and sometimes to provide pathways for ducting air from one floor to another. The materials used for the internal range of casings include steel, aluminium, stainless, pre-formed plywood, GRG and GRP.

Anti-Ligature Radiator Guards
It is a sad fact that, due to their circumstances, some of the vulnerable people our guards protect from burning also require an extra level of protection.
To this end Jtech Services offer a special guard that is designed to make the person as safe as possible.
These features include fully rounded edges and corners, sloping sills, vents that are widely spaced and, if deemed necessary manufacture from extra thickness gauge material with internal strengthening ribs.
Installation of these guards is done in the same way as our standard guards, but we can also add extra fixing points to give create and even more solid product. As with all the Jtech Services guards all fixings are located inside the casing.

Bespoke LST Radiator Guards
All the radiator guards from Jtech Services are by their very nature bespoke as we measure each guard to make sure that it will fit your application when it arrives on site. Although the heat emitter itself maybe from a standard range, it is always surprising how very few guards are the same in any project. This is because of a variety of reasons from, the height at which the emitter is fixed to the wall, the way the pipes feeding the emitter are installed, whether there are other items that need attention such as Dado Rails or similar.
Then there are the out and out applications that require, not just minor dimensional adjustments, but a wholescale re-think of what is required. Here at Jtech Services we have dealt with quite a number of these situations over the years, so we can offer free standing square, rectangular or circular units or curved guards for bay window applications.

Steel & Aluminum Pipe Boxing
Where there is need for a more robust enclosure system, Jtech Services offers their profiles in both Steel or Aluminium.
One of the advantages to this type of profile is the range of shapes that can be achieved to accommodate different site applications and requirements. This allows Jtech Services to be able to offer rounded, angled or sloping nose sections, as well as practically and height or depth that may be required.
As with the Pre-Formed Plywood option, there is a full range of accessories available for the Steel and Aluminium profiles. During the pre-manufacture site measure, some of these accessories can be assessed and then installed onto the appropriate profile lengths before powder coating so that a factory finish is also the finish you get on site.
