Dairy Flooring

Damp Proofing Membranes

These low viscosity, water-resistant, concrete damp proof membranes can be installed on green concrete. The membranes feature excellent substrate penetration. Typically used for priming concrete slabs that do not have a damp-proof membrane installed, they can also be used to cure floor screeds and green concrete.

Flood Defensive Systems

FloorTech® developed the Trazcon® “Flood-Proof” Flooring System by incorporating a flexible membrane into our patented Trazcon® RS System. By installing it horizontally and vertically to the required height, you can stop harmful bacteria from penetrating your floor and walls.
Nash 19, owned by Claire Nash, a trendy city centre restaurant and gallery was one of the many unfortunate businesses to be affected by floods last winter. Parts of Nash 19 had been submerged in almost 2 feet of water and had to be closed to the public. Claire contacted FloorTech® to carry out renovation work with our Trazcon® “Flood-Proof” System. The FloorTech® team completed the task over a weekend.
