All of our spraying is carried out in our state of the art, modern spray booth which is illuminated with the latest LED lighting technology and heated via natural gas (unfortunately, connecting to our Biomass heating system was not an option).
The heated booth allows us to speed up drying times, dramatically reduce lead times and ensures your project is completely dry prior to delivery.
In keeping with our ethical, environmentally focussed approach to everything we do, we only use, where possible, water based primers and only ever use water based tops coats.

Our Standard Fluted MDF are made to order here, in the UK, from a high quality Moisture Resistant MDF. Very popular with interior designers, property developers, architects and builder. Our Fluted panels are also becoming increasingly popular with home owners.
