We have large flatbed digital precision cutting equipment, capable of cutting a wide variety of rubber/elastomer sheeting, up to 3.2m wide, ensuring total accuracy for product sizing, cut-out portions, holes & slots.

Rubber Mouldings
We guarantee you top quality mouldings every time using our ISO9001 batch traceability procedures. From initial discussions through to final delivery we’re here to help you every step of way. We can assist with advice on material samples, compound choice, hardness, tolerences, drawings, 3D printed prototyping, delivery/distribution.
Naturally, we also sample new mouldings to your complete satisfaction and approval before commencing bulk supply.

EN45545-2 for Rail & Mass Transit
Following the rollout, implementation, and updating of European Standard EN 45545-2 : 2020, J-Flex has developed a wide range of elastomeric products & materials that meet the latest requirements of this norm, for Rolling Stock, Trackside Equipment & Construction Products/Building Elements.
As with all our industrial rubber solutions, we have ensured that our products have been fully tested. Not only are they approved to EN 45545-2, which is required for rail refurbishers, we also have further certifications

Sponge materials are also available to fill uneven gaps and misalignments.
Vulcanised rings have no upper restrictions on inside diameter.
On larger joints we can achieve tight dimensional tolerances.
The minimum inside diameter limit is 100mm and cross section diameters range from 3mm to 30mm.
