Special hardened steels and finishes are available for high wear applications which can be combined with replaceable wear tip blades and liners.
The blades operate at a low speed to apply as much energy to the mix as possible, an ω − omega shaped trough allows a tight blade clearance and sweep during the mix.
The kneading action created delivers a thorough homogenisation of the products.
