ZX Mixer Extruder
Stainless steel construction throughout, with the option of 316 grade stainless steel of product contact parts if required. These can be polished, bead blasted or left as a mill finish, depending on your requirements. Special hardened steels, coatings and finishes can be applied for high-wear applications. Where necessary we can also change the die plate arrangement to suit your product requirements, whether the product requires pelletizing, drying or purely extruding, we can build to your requirements.
The machines run with the screw in reverse to ensure the maximum amount of product is mixed homogeneously.
Z Blade Sigma Mixer
Stainless steel construction throughout, with the option of 316 grade construction of product contact parts if required. These can be polished, bead blasted or left as mill finish. Special hardened steels and finishes are available for high wear applications which can be combined with replaceable wear tip blades and liners.
The blades operate at a low speed to apply as much energy to the mix as possible, an ω − omega shaped trough allows a tight blade clearance and sweep during the mix.
The kneading action created delivers a thorough homogenisation of the products.
UT Ribbon Blender
All of our mixers are designed to operate reliably and last for at least 25 years, allowing you to have confidence in their performance. Our ‘U’ trough mixers are equipped with a number of innovative features for improved mixing and easier maintenance.
The ‘U’ shaped trough allows for easy access and shorter cleaning times between batches. Full homogenisation of the products is achieved thanks to the efficient blending action of the spiral or ribbon blades and the compact design allows for easier integration into your production line. For maximum throughput, a dust-tight lid can be configured so that products can be added directly to the mixer without having to pause the mixing process. Key-operated safety interlock devices are also fitted to give users peace of mind while the machine is running and the internal mixing chamber is being cleaned.
DC Double Cone Blender
The low shear forces ensure that the product has limited disintegration throughout the mixing process. Depending on the mixing application, our DC series is entirely made of stainless steel, with either special hardened steels or high-grade stainless steels.
The use of no internal moving parts within the process chamber optimises hygienic applications, encourages full discharge and makes the cleaning of the machine easy between batches.
Support structures and leg options can be designed and manufactured for specific factory needs.
RT High Speed Mixer
Full stainless-steel construction throughout, and special finishes are available for food and pharmaceutical applications. Along with replaceable wear strips and hardened refiner blades.
A High-speed rotating shaft, enclosed in the fully cylindrical chamber, allows maximum dispersion and distribution of the mix.
The turbulence caused delivers super-fast mixing times for powders, pastes & light dough products. RT mixers can be designed to accommodate rapid loading and discharge options, thus ensuring short cycle times. The RT mixer can deliver very high throughput and hence it is a very popular and versatile mixer used in all industries.
Coating Pans
Our coating pans can range in size from table top lab machines for proof of concept, up to 72″ diameter machines for use on a full-scale production line. These machines can also be used for polishing, glazing, and dusting products.
PV Processing Vessel
The hygienically designed and engineered machines are suitable for a wide range of applications. TS Twin Shaft Mixer
In comparison to other mixers, TS mixers are typically very cost-effective and have minimal running costs. The super-fast mixing process is created by counter rotating blades which fluidise the mixture. These are designed for usage with fragile materials due to the very short residence time within the mixer.
The fast loading, mixing & discharge gives high batch throughput capability. Our engineered full length bomb doors allow for total discharge from the mixing chamber within seconds.
