In-Circuit Test (ICT) has remained one of the most popular and cost-effective test methods for medium and high volume electronic printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) for many years. This is due to its component level fault diagnosis capability and its speed.
ICT checks each component on a PCB individually, delivering highly reliable results. It detects defects such as faulty, wrong or missing components, solder bridges and short circuits. We can support urgent capacity requirements. We are flexible and can provide short term system rental services to help you with your short-term capacity needs.
Our ICT systems are refurbished to the highest standard to look and perform as new.
Our refurbishment program involves the complete strip down of the system.
All metalwork is powder coat painted.
All consumable parts (fans, seals, filters, valves) are replaced with brand new.
All electronics are refurbished to a ‘like new’ condition.
Systems are calibrated prior to delivery with full certification provided.
All ICT systems are supplied with a 12 month warranty.
