As with all our industrial rubber solutions, we have ensured that our products have been fully tested. Not only are they approved to EN 45545-2, which is required for rail refurbishers, we also have further certifications

We can assist with advice on material samples, compound choice, hardness, tolerences, drawings, 3D printed prototyping, delivery/distribution.
Naturally, we also sample new mouldings to your complete satisfaction and approval before commencing bulk supply.
Our polymer range is vast − we can offer: Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM (including EPDM conforming to EN45545:2013 + A1:2015), Butyl, Hypalon®, HNBR, CXNBR, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Viton™, Fluoroelastomers, Aflas® and Perfluoroelastomer.
We mould by compression, transfer and injection moulding techniques.
Electrically Conductive
This material is a carbon particle filled Silicone & is suitable for a wide range of applications including shielding & sealing electrical enclosures & connectors in industries such as defence, electronics and medical.
Good high & low temperature range.
It is black in colour and has a smooth glossy surface both sides, and is supplied with protective peel-off layers.
