- 1x Music On Hold message that is a max of 500 characters long.
- 1x Voicemail message that is a max of 500 characters long.
Either an inbound or an outbound IVR recording can be used to handle call volumes or link into a partially automated dialling system to reach several services.
Subject to fair use policy, unlimited updates to these three files can be done.
