Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed has been designed to provide a hard wearing, impervious floor finish which is hygienic and easy to clean. Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed with its combination of attractive finish and excellent resistance to a variety of chemicals, is suitable for a wide range of light industrial environments. The product exhibits very fast curing characteristics allowing a full return to service after 2 hours. Resbuild MMA Smoothscreed is typically laid at a thickness of 2-4mm. The aesthetic finish may be augmented by incorporating a decorative flake or coloured Quartz broadcast.

Resbuild MMA Flexcoat is a two pack, fast curing flexible coating usually for Tarmac and Asphalt surfaces. Concrete surfaces may also be treated, following suitable preparation and priming. Designed to provide a dust free, seamless floor finish with protective and decorative properties. The flexible coating maybe enhanced by the incorporation of suitable anti slip dressing aggregate. Ultra-low viscosity solvent based Epoxy sealer
As a sealer and surface hardener for cementitious systems in factories, garages, engineering workshops, abattoirs, dairies, etc., and on external slabs subjected to weathering and heavy traffic.
Resbuild Floorseal is a two pack, solvented Epoxy resin, which penetrates into the pore structure of concrete or masonry to leave a sealed, surface-hardened, dust proof finish with greatly increased chemical resistance. The material is easy to mix and apply, and is supplied in a convenient 1:1 volume mix ratio.
Resbuild Floorseal cures in a two stage operation:
• physical drying i.e. evaporation of the solvent, followed by,
• a chemical reaction between the active ingredients of the Base and Curing Agent components
