While outdoors radon levels are very low, it can collect in enclosed spaces like homes and workplaces. The primary health risk of high radon exposure is an increased risk of lung cancer, making it crucial to test for and reduce high levels. We have the expertise and solutions to reduce radon concentrations to below the Action level and ideally below the Target level. These are specialist ventilation systems which include one or both of the following: Positive Pressure Ventilation or Powerful Sump Extraction Ventilation. Operator-Friendly Loading
The system is manually loaded using pre-die-cut cartons of fixed format (slightly larger than A4) with variable heights from 40 to 120 mm, enabling flexible product handling with simple operation.
Adaptive Fit Packaging
After product placement, the machine automatically determines the final box thickness based on the selected carton, ensuring precise and consistent packaging results. Plastic-Free Product Retention
NEXUS Lite enables secure product stabilization without the use of plastic wrapping materials. Items can be shipped freely inside the carton when protection is not required. For delicate products, specially engineered cartons with integrated internal cushioning structures securely hold and protect the contents without additional packaging components.
Integrated Bottom Labeling
A built-in bottom-side label applicator automatically applies shipping or identification labels during the packaging cycle. The finished package exits the machine with the label positioned on the top face, clearly visible and correctly oriented for immediate downstream handling, including automatic conveying or sortation lines.
