Constructed from 316L stainless steel body, chrome-plated die-cast zinc bonnet, PCTFE seat, 40-micron stainless steel filter, 316L diaphragm, PTFE seals, 2 in gauges, Cv 1.0, and ports: 1/2 in FNPT (inlet/outlet), 1/4 in FNPT (gauge/relief). This expansion drives a thrust pin that acts on the obturator, thereby opening the valve. The valve is calibrated to open when the temperature exceeds 90°C. - **Pressure Control**: When the pressure reaches the predetermined setting, the obturator, which is countered by a set spring, lifts and fully opens the outlet. The pressure setting is selected based on the maximum allowable pressure within the system. As temperature and pressure decrease, the valve automatically re-closes within the specified tolerances.
