CONCOA 484 Series Regulator

CONCOA 484 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 484 Series four-port, stainless steel barstock regulator provides high-flow pressure control for high-purity gases in bulk distribution, chamber pressurization, and liquefied hydrocarbon analysis. Internal pressure equalization ensures stable delivery despite flow changes, and the unit is rated to full cylinder pressure for safety. Features include balanced stem seat for constant pressure, rear panel mounting, pipe-away relief, and helium leak-checked integrity. Constructed from 316L stainless steel body, chrome-plated die-cast zinc bonnet, PCTFE seat, 40-micron stainless steel filter, 316L diaphragm, PTFE seals, 2 in gauges, Cv 1.0, and ports: 1/2 in FNPT (inlet/outlet), 1/4 in FNPT (gauge/relief). Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Compliant with CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.

CONCOA 305 Series Regulator

CONCOA 305 Series Regulator

Chrome-Plated Brass Barstock, Single Stage Cylinder Regulator for Inert Medical Laboratory Gas Applications

The CONCOA 305 Series regulator is designed for medical laboratory use. It provides point-of-use pressure control for gases in cylinders with pressures below 500 PSIG (35 BAR), or primary pressure control for inert gas applications that can tolerate minor outlet pressure fluctuations due to cylinder depletion. Like most CONCOA regulators, the 305 Series is rated for maximum inlet pressures of 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) or higher, depending on configuration.

The regulator can include a standard 2–15 LPM flow gauge calibrated for carbon dioxide, or a custom 2–15 LPM calibration for any non-corrosive gas or gas mixture. CONCOA uses a thermal mass flowmeter to size the outlet orifice according to the specific gas and desired flow. While the 305 Series features medical-standard inlet and outlet connections, it is not intended for therapeutic use in humans. For applications requiring constant outlet pressure or flow, CONCOA recommends the 315 Series two-stage regulator.

Reliance RWC 35 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 3 Bar With Bracket - XVES050075

Reliance RWC 35 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 3 Bar With Bracket - XVES050075

Introducing our stainless steel expansion vessel, specifically engineered for potable water applications. The Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessels are ideal for managing the increased water volume as it heats, effectively absorbing the extra load within your water system. These vessels are essential for maintaining safe operating levels, as they effectively prevent pressure build-up in both sealed heating and cold water systems. At the heart of our expansion vessels is a replaceable membrane, expertly designed to protect against corrosion and contamination, ensuring that the water remains safe for human consumption. The clever design also allows for easy servicing of the vessel without removal, providing a simple solution for maintenance in situ. **Key Features and Benefits:** - **Corrosion Resistance:** The stainless steel bolted flange ensures durability and prevents corrosion. - **Noise Reduction:** The extra-wide membrane opening mitigates noise caused by restricted flow. - **Protective Membrane:** An internal membrane prevents any water contact with the steel shell, effectively halting internal corrosion. - **Versatile Capacity Range:** Available in sizes from 2 to 5000 litres to accommodate all applications. - **Serviceable Design:** All versions come equipped with a replaceable membrane, allowing for efficient servicing without the need to remove the vessel. - **Pre-charge Valve:** Included for easy topping up of air pressure. - **Temperature Compatibility:** Suitable for use with both hot and cold water. **Specifications:** - **Capacity:** 35 Litres - **Colour:** White - **Pre-Set Pressure (Bar):** 3 - **Maximum Pressure (Bar):** 10.0 - **Minimum Temperature:** -10°C - **Maximum Temperature:** 99°C - **Height:** 440mm - **Diameter:** 365mm - **Water Connection:** 3/4" MBSP - **Miscellaneous:** Comes complete with wall bracket accessories - **Product Code:** XVES050075 **Materials:** - **Shell:** Epoxy Coated - **Membrane:** EPDM - **Bolted Flange:** Stainless Steel **Standards and Approvals:** - **WRAS approved** for capacities up to 1000 litres - **CE marked** according to Directive PED 97/23/CE - **TUV Certified** - **Compliant with BS 6920** for 1000 - 5000 litre models Ensure the integrity and safety of your potable water systems with our premium stainless steel expansion vessels.
