CONCOA 484 Series Regulator
The CONCOA 484 Series four-port, stainless steel barstock regulator provides high-flow pressure control for high-purity gases in bulk distribution, chamber pressurization, and liquefied hydrocarbon analysis. Internal pressure equalization ensures stable delivery despite flow changes, and the unit is rated to full cylinder pressure for safety. Features include balanced stem seat for constant pressure, rear panel mounting, pipe-away relief, and helium leak-checked integrity. Constructed from 316L stainless steel body, chrome-plated die-cast zinc bonnet, PCTFE seat, 40-micron stainless steel filter, 316L diaphragm, PTFE seals, 2 in gauges, Cv 1.0, and ports: 1/2 in FNPT (inlet/outlet), 1/4 in FNPT (gauge/relief). Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Compliant with CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.

The CONCOA 427 Series two-port, stainless steel barstock regulator provides single-stage secondary pressure control for ultra-high purity gases or point-of-use control in high-purity gas systems. Front and rear panel mountable, it can connect via flexible hose for versatile configuration. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, butt-welded face seal connections for superior leak integrity, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, and captured vent bonnet. Constructed from 316L stainless steel body, chrome-plated brass bonnet, PTFE seats and internal seals, 10-micron 316 stainless steel filter, Cv 0.1, 1/4 in face seal ports. Max inlet pressure 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.
