Auld Double Control Reducing Valve

Auld Double Control Reducing Valve

Auld Valves Ltd has ceased trading. However, please reach out to us, as we may have alternative options available in our product range.

The Auld Double Control Reducing Valve is ideal for applications requiring substantial pressure reductions, provided that the inlet pressure does not exceed 51 barG. This valve features a self-contained balance pipe, ensuring optimal performance with a closing pressure of +7% relative to the reduced pressure. Its balanced design remains unaffected by fluctuations in inlet pressure and responds instantly to changes in demand. The valve offers impressive reduced pressure accuracy of ±5% across a flow range from full flow down to 10% (with a turndown ratio of 10 to 1). Furthermore, its soft valve faces are well-suited for dead end conditions, and the single seat design facilitates precise control at low flow rates.

FSSCDA - ASME approved Rupture Discs

FSSCDA - ASME approved Rupture Discs

The FSSCDA rupture disc features precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores, ensuring fast, controlled opening while minimising the risk of petal separation. This design makes the disc particularly suitable for high burst pressure applications. It can be used with both gases and liquids, including under cycling and pulsating conditions, without reducing safety margins. In an overpressure event, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it ideal for protecting safety relief valves.

The FSSCDA supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 85% and offers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many applications, the disc can also operate under full vacuum conditions without the need for support, providing added flexibility. These discs comply fully with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 requirements.

FSV NAB Gate 150 - Gate 300 UBS Gate Valve

FSV NAB Gate 150 - Gate 300 UBS Gate Valve

**Product Description** Gate valves are specifically engineered for on-off service applications. These valves comprise a body, bonnet, gate, stem (featuring an internal screw and yoke), a rising stem equipped with a non-rising handwheel, and an integral seat as standard. Additionally, there are options available for renewable seats, along with an open and closed indicator, complete with a lockable handwheel. --- **Features** Gate valves provide reliable shutoff capabilities with minimal pressure drop, rendering them perfect for regulating liquid or gas flow across diverse applications. Their sturdy construction promotes high efficiency and easy maintenance, thanks to their uncomplicated design. Gate valves can be manually operated or automated using devices such as motors, solenoids, or actuators. When the gate is in the closed position, it serves as an effective barrier, preventing flow. In contrast, when opened, the gate retracts from the seat, permitting unrestricted flow through the valve. Once closed, fluid movement is entirely halted. --- **Materials** - **Body/Bonnet**: NAB (ASTM B148 C95800) - **Stem**: NAB (ASTM B150 C63200) / MONEL (ASTM B865 N05500) - **Handwheel**: Stainless Steel (ASTM A351 CF8M) --- **Technical Data #150/PN32** - **Design Standard**: MSS SP 80 / BS 5154 / BS EN 12288 - **Size**: DN15 to DN80 - **End Connection**: ASME B1.20.1 - **Face To Face**: As per manufacturer specifications - **Testing**: EN 12266-1, API 598 - **Max Pressure**: 19 / 32 BAR - **Min Temperature**: -29°C / -10 to 66°C - **Max Pressure**: 7.9 / 14 BAR - **Min Temperature**: 260°C - **Material Test Certification**: BS EN 10204-3.1 --- **Technical Data #300** - **Design Standard**: MSS SP 80 / BS 5154 / BS EN 12288 - **Size**: DN15 to DN80 - **End Connection**: ASME B1.20.1 - **Face To Face**: As per manufacturer specifications - **Testing**: EN 12266-1, API 598 - **Max Pressure**: 49.6 BAR - **Min Temperature**: -29°C - **Max Pressure**: 20.6 BAR - **Min Temperature**: 260°C - **Material Test Certification**: BS EN 10204-3.1 --- Optimise your operations with our premium-quality gate valves, designed for durability and efficiency.
