FSV NAB Gate 150 - Gate 300 UBS Gate Valve

FSV NAB Gate 150 - Gate 300 UBS Gate Valve

**Product Description** Gate valves are specifically engineered for on-off service applications. These valves comprise a body, bonnet, gate, stem (featuring an internal screw and yoke), a rising stem equipped with a non-rising handwheel, and an integral seat as standard. Additionally, there are options available for renewable seats, along with an open and closed indicator, complete with a lockable handwheel. --- **Features** Gate valves provide reliable shutoff capabilities with minimal pressure drop, rendering them perfect for regulating liquid or gas flow across diverse applications. Their sturdy construction promotes high efficiency and easy maintenance, thanks to their uncomplicated design. Gate valves can be manually operated or automated using devices such as motors, solenoids, or actuators. When the gate is in the closed position, it serves as an effective barrier, preventing flow. In contrast, when opened, the gate retracts from the seat, permitting unrestricted flow through the valve. Once closed, fluid movement is entirely halted. --- **Materials** - **Body/Bonnet**: NAB (ASTM B148 C95800) - **Stem**: NAB (ASTM B150 C63200) / MONEL (ASTM B865 N05500) - **Handwheel**: Stainless Steel (ASTM A351 CF8M) --- **Technical Data #150/PN32** - **Design Standard**: MSS SP 80 / BS 5154 / BS EN 12288 - **Size**: DN15 to DN80 - **End Connection**: ASME B1.20.1 - **Face To Face**: As per manufacturer specifications - **Testing**: EN 12266-1, API 598 - **Max Pressure**: 19 / 32 BAR - **Min Temperature**: -29°C / -10 to 66°C - **Max Pressure**: 7.9 / 14 BAR - **Min Temperature**: 260°C - **Material Test Certification**: BS EN 10204-3.1 --- **Technical Data #300** - **Design Standard**: MSS SP 80 / BS 5154 / BS EN 12288 - **Size**: DN15 to DN80 - **End Connection**: ASME B1.20.1 - **Face To Face**: As per manufacturer specifications - **Testing**: EN 12266-1, API 598 - **Max Pressure**: 49.6 BAR - **Min Temperature**: -29°C - **Max Pressure**: 20.6 BAR - **Min Temperature**: 260°C - **Material Test Certification**: BS EN 10204-3.1 --- Optimise your operations with our premium-quality gate valves, designed for durability and efficiency. Push Button Drain Valve

Push Button Drain Valve

A marine push button drain valve is a manually operated, spring-loaded valve specifically designed to swiftly drain fluids—typically water, condensate, or small quantities of fuel/oil—from equipment or systems aboard ships. These valves are frequently found in locations where regular and controlled draining is essential, such as air reservoirs, filters, fuel systems, and low points in piping.

Purpose of a Push Button Drain Valve

  • Quickly release accumulated liquids (e.g., condensate or water) from:
    • Air tanks and compressors
    • Fuel or oil filters
    • Engine cooling systems
    • Pipe drains or low-point drains
  • Prevent system contamination or corrosion caused by trapped water

We offer a range of Push Button Drain Valves from several leading manufacturers. Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific requirements.

Emerson Kunkle 337 Safety Relief Valve 1

Emerson Kunkle 337 Safety Relief Valve 1

The Emerson Kunkle Model 337 safety relief valve is specifically designed to safeguard low to medium pressure, high-volume blowers, compressors, conveying systems, and bulk hauling trailers and equipment. Our service includes complimentary setting and testing of the valve, along with a pressure test certificate that verifies this process.

Key Features:

- The large nozzle design ensures high capacity performance.
- Flat bronze valve seats are lapped to deliver optimal functionality.
- The adjustable warn ring allows for precise opening with minimal pre-opening or simmer.
- The pivot between the disc and spring corrects misalignment and compensates for any spring side thrust.
- The Model 337 includes a 'lift-pin' device for hassle-free manual testing.
- Standard construction features a bronze nozzle and disc, with the option for stainless steel trim available.
- Each valve undergoes meticulous testing and inspection for pressure settings and leakage.

CONCOA 305 Series Regulator

CONCOA 305 Series Regulator

Chrome-Plated Brass Barstock, Single Stage Cylinder Regulator for Inert Medical Laboratory Gas Applications

The CONCOA 305 Series regulator is designed for medical laboratory use. It provides point-of-use pressure control for gases in cylinders with pressures below 500 PSIG (35 BAR), or primary pressure control for inert gas applications that can tolerate minor outlet pressure fluctuations due to cylinder depletion. Like most CONCOA regulators, the 305 Series is rated for maximum inlet pressures of 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) or higher, depending on configuration.

The regulator can include a standard 2–15 LPM flow gauge calibrated for carbon dioxide, or a custom 2–15 LPM calibration for any non-corrosive gas or gas mixture. CONCOA uses a thermal mass flowmeter to size the outlet orifice according to the specific gas and desired flow. While the 305 Series features medical-standard inlet and outlet connections, it is not intended for therapeutic use in humans. For applications requiring constant outlet pressure or flow, CONCOA recommends the 315 Series two-stage regulator.
