Reliance RWC 3000 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 4 Bar - XVES050200

Introducing the Reliance Valves Aquasystem Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel, expertly designed for potable water applications. This essential component is built to manage the additional pressure within a water system as the water heats up and expands. By incorporating these expansion vessels, you can effectively prevent pressure build-up in both sealed heating systems and cold water systems, ensuring safe operational levels. Each vessel features a replaceable membrane that safeguards the water from corrosion or contamination, guaranteeing its safety for human consumption. The innovative design allows for easy servicing in situ, without the need to dismantle the vessel.

**Key Features and Benefits:**

  • Stainless steel bolted flange ensures longevity and resists corrosion
  • Extra-wide membrane opening reduces noise by minimising flow restrictions
  • Internal membrane design prevents direct water contact with the steel shell, eliminating internal corrosion
  • A comprehensive range available, from 2 to 5000 litres, catering to all application requirements
  • All models come with a replaceable membrane to simplify servicing without removal
  • Equipped with a pre-charge valve for easy air pressure adjustments
  • Designed specifically for use with hot and cold water only

FSSCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs

FSSCDS - Sanitary Rupture Discs

The FSSCDS Sanitary Rupture Disc is a compression-loaded, micro-scored disc that opens in petal form with four, six, or more radial score lines to provide fast, reliable pressure relief. Designed to meet the strict hygiene requirements of 3-A SSI, it is ideal for use in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnology industries, where product purity and cleanability are critical. The disc is manufactured entirely from AISI 316L stainless steel (with alternative alloys available on request) and features a smooth process-side surface, making it fully compatible with CIP and SIP cleaning processes for maintaining aseptic conditions.

Installation is simplified using FDA and USP Class VI approved PTFE gaskets, compliant with 3-A and EU 10/2011 standards, allowing easy integration into sanitary clamp connections such as Tri-Clamp and Tank Connection fittings. The disc activates within milliseconds under overpressure, opens cleanly without fragmentation, and in many applications can operate under full vacuum without additional supports. It also offers excellent corrosion resistance and optional linings for enhanced chemical protection.
