AURA EXZ Sub-Atmospheric Back Pressure Regulator
The AURA EXZ is a sub-atmospheric back-pressure regulator specifically designed to provide adjustable relief for excess positive pressure in vacuum systems, which can occur due to pressure build-up or upstream sample injection. Featuring a proprietary hybrid spring system and an oversized dual-surface diaphragm, the AURA EXZ guarantees exceptional precision, stability, and repeatability in its performance.
