Designed for applications tolerant of minor outlet fluctuations or inlet pressures under 500 PSIG (34 BAR), it features a metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® 360° filtration seat, bare brass body to prevent contamination, pipe-away relief valve, captured vent-capable bonnet, cleanroom assembly, and front/rear panel mounting. Specs: max inlet 3000–4500 PSIG (210–310 BAR), PTFE/PCTFE seats, 10 µm sintered bronze filter, 1/4 in FNPT ports, 2 in gauges, Cv 0.1, -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). The CONCOA 203 Series is a chrome-plated forged brass, single-stage regulator designed for low-pressure delivery of non-corrosive, liquefied, or high-purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5). It provides precise final pressure control from low inlet pressures, with adjustable delivery as low as 0.1 PSIG (7 mBAR) in 0.05 PSIG (4 mBAR) increments, ideal for applications requiring atmospheric or sub-5 PSIG (350 mBAR) outputs.
