Introducing the FSKRDRA Reverse Acting Rupture Discs, a cutting-edge solution utilising the latest technology in the industry. Designed with a unique camber, the convex disc maintains its shape under operating pressure, only altering when reverse pressure is reached. This innovative device operates with pressure ratios of up to 95% between operating and rupture pressure, demonstrating exceptional reliability through thousands of cycles. Upon reversion, the disc ruptures in just a few thousandths of a second along a scored line, ensuring complete opening without any fragmentation. These rupture discs exhibit lower sensitivity to temperature variations compared to traditional discs, making them ideal for applications with significant temperature fluctuations. Their advanced design allows for use solely in liquid applications and in cycling or pulsating conditions, all while maintaining safety margins. Moreover, they are particularly effective for isolating safety valves. With a wide selection of materials and thicknesses, FSKRDRA discs offer excellent resistance to corrosion. For enhanced protection, a PTFE lining can be applied to the process side of the disc. The FSSCRN Nanoscored rupture disc is a compression or reverse-acting disc featuring precision micro-scored petals with four, six, or more radial scores. This design ensures fast, controlled opening while significantly reducing the risk of petal separation. Suitable for both low and high burst pressure applications, the FSSCRN performs reliably with gases and liquids when a gas cushion is present, even under cycling and pulsating conditions, without compromising safety margins.

In the event of overpressure, the disc activates within milliseconds and opens cleanly without fragmentation, making it ideal for protecting safety relief valves. It supports an operating-to-burst pressure ratio of up to 95% and delivers excellent corrosion resistance, which can be further enhanced with an optional PTFE lining. In many applications, the disc can also operate under full vacuum conditions without the need for additional supports, offering greater installation flexibility.

The Fig. 970W and 970WG valves feature a robust ductile iron body with integrated notch plate, anti-blowout stem, and fully bonded epoxy coating for Level 3 C3 corrosion protection. WRAS approved for potable water (-10 to 80°C), they are maintenance-free, suitable for flow regulation and gas applications, and DN250+ valves include a gear operator. Compliant with BS EN 593/558 and approved for Group 1 & 2 gases and liquids (PED 2014/68/EU). Rated PN16, -10 to 80°C (WRAS) or -10 to 100°C (Non-WRAS).
