FSKRDRA - Reverse Acting Rupture Discs

FSKRDRA - Reverse Acting Rupture Discs

Introducing the FSKRDRA Reverse Acting Rupture Discs, a cutting-edge solution utilising the latest technology in the industry. Designed with a unique camber, the convex disc maintains its shape under operating pressure, only altering when reverse pressure is reached. This innovative device operates with pressure ratios of up to 95% between operating and rupture pressure, demonstrating exceptional reliability through thousands of cycles. Upon reversion, the disc ruptures in just a few thousandths of a second along a scored line, ensuring complete opening without any fragmentation. These rupture discs exhibit lower sensitivity to temperature variations compared to traditional discs, making them ideal for applications with significant temperature fluctuations. Their advanced design allows for use solely in liquid applications and in cycling or pulsating conditions, all while maintaining safety margins. Moreover, they are particularly effective for isolating safety valves. With a wide selection of materials and thicknesses, FSKRDRA discs offer excellent resistance to corrosion. For enhanced protection, a PTFE lining can be applied to the process side of the disc. Notably, vacuum support is unnecessary, and these discs are capable of enduring high counter-pressures. ### Technical Specifications: - **Sizes:** From 1" (DN25) to 36" (DN900) - **Materials:** Available in Stainless Steel, Alloy 201, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy C276, and Titanium - **Rupture Pressure:** Ranges from 0.41 bar g (6 psi g) to 137 bar g (2000 psi g), depending on the material and diameter - **Krl:** 0.48 - **Tolerance:** +/- 5% to +/- 20% - **Temperature Range:** From -196 °C to 480 °C - **Operating Margin:** Typically 90%, with the potential to reach 95% subject to service conditions - **Fragmentation:** None (will not disintegrate upon bursting) - **Use Under Valve:** Yes - **Corrosion Resistance:** Excellent - **Linings:** Available - **Container Types:** FSHR/A, FSHR/P, FSHR/F, FSHTC - **Rupture Sensor Options:** Electrical, Magnetic, Inductive, Optical - **Certifications:** ASME Certification (UD Stamp), PED Certification (CE Stamp), ATEX EX II 2 GD Certification available For further information and to request a rupture disc, please download our Rupture Disc Request Form. Resideo Braukmann D04FM Pressure Reducing Valve - BSP

Resideo Braukmann D04FM Pressure Reducing Valve - BSP

The Resideo Braukmann D04FM pressure reducing valve is designed to safeguard domestic water systems from excessive supply pressure. This versatile valve is also suitable for industrial and commercial applications, provided they fall within its specified range. By installing the D04FM pressure reducing valve, you can prevent damage caused by over-pressurisation and achieve a reduction in water consumption. The valve maintains a consistent set pressure, even amidst significant fluctuations in inlet pressure. This control over operating pressure not only lowers the risk of flow noise within the system, but it also enhances the overall efficiency of your water installation. The Resideo D04FM pressure reducing valve is ideal for use in domestic, industrial, and commercial settings.

Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut Off Valve

Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut Off Valve

**Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve** The Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve is engineered to effectively terminate gas flow when the outlet pressure in the regulating section deviates from predetermined response limits. This intelligent valve is equipped with an SSV control device that continuously monitors the outlet pressure via a dedicated measurement line. In response to pressure changes, the diaphragm within the control unit adjusts accordingly. When the outlet pressure dips below the designated lower switch-off point or ascends beyond the upper switch-off point, the switch socket linked to the SSV diaphragm shifts to an appropriate disengaged position. This action releases the engaging mechanism's balls, allowing the SSV screw spindle to be retracted. Consequently, the closing spring exerts pressure on the SSV valve plate against the valve seat, ensuring a gas-tight closure of the gas flow. The SSV can only be manually reopened and secured in the open position. To facilitate this, the outlet pressure at the measuring point must either fall below the upper response pressure or rise above the lower response pressure by at least the re-engagement differential amount (Δp). The SSV is adaptable to either functional class A (featuring diaphragm rupture protection) or class B (lacking diaphragm rupture protection), provided it adheres to specific national regulations. Additionally, there is an option to incorporate a remote display indicating the SSV position as “CLOSED”, along with both manual and remote release capabilities, operational during power supply or outages. **Specifications** - **Sizes**: 1" (DN25) to 8" (DN200) - **Connections**: Flanged PN or ANSI - **Medium**: Gas - **Operating Pressure**: 8 Barg - **Release Mechanism**: Lack of pressure and overpressure - **Notes**: Usable in any orientation; features a gas-tight zero position Enhance your gas safety measures with the Medenus S100 Gas Safety Shut-Off Valve, a reliable choice for effective gas flow management.
