FSGGMG - Graphite Rupture Discs FSGGMG - Graphite Rupture Discs

FSGGMG - Graphite Rupture Discs FSGGMG - Graphite Rupture Discs

The monoblock FSGGMG Graphite Rupture Discs are highly versatile and designed for a wide range of applications, easily positioned between flanges. These graphite rupture discs offer exceptional resistance to aggressive fluids and exhibit low sensitivity to temperature variations at varying bursting pressures. Manufactured from ultra-pure graphite and impregnated with phenolic resins, these discs ensure impermeability. Upon rupture, they provide a complete opening with fragmentation. For rupture pressures under 1.7 barg, vacuum support is required, while discs remain self-supporting at higher calibrations.

FSLPDULP - Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs

FSLPDULP - Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs

**FSLPDULP Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs: Reliable Protection for Low Pressure Systems** The FSLPDULP Ultra Low Pressure Rupture Discs offer a straightforward, dependable, and cost-effective solution for applications requiring protection at extremely low pressures, whether positive or negative. These rupture discs are primarily designed to safeguard processing and storage tanks, atmospheric vessels, and silos that operate under low design pressures and can only withstand minimal pressures and vacuums, thus preventing potential implosion or rupture. One particularly noteworthy application is their use in protecting biogas digesters. Constructed as flat composite discs, FSLPDULP rupture discs consist of four integral components: - A slotted, perforated metal section - A sealing membrane (commonly PTFE, but also available in various other metallic or non-metallic materials) - A protective section - A calibration ring with blades to enhance membrane rupture performance FSLPDULP rupture discs are designed to open without fragmentation, ensuring that product contamination is avoided. They can be tailored to accommodate a wide variety of non-standard specifications and applications, and can also be configured for dual pressure and vacuum protection to withstand both vacuum and counter-pressure environments. **Specifications:** - **Sizes:** Ranging from 2" (DN50) to 20" (DN500) - **Materials:** Options include Stainless Steel, Alloy 201, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, Alloy 625, Alloy C276, and Titanium. Resideo F78TS Flanged Reverse Rinsing Filter

Resideo F78TS Flanged Reverse Rinsing Filter

The Resideo F78TS flanged reverse rinsing filters are designed for installations that require a high demand for water. These filters are ideal for large residential buildings, central water supply systems, and various commercial or industrial applications. The F78TS models feature the same advanced reverse rinsing filtration system found in our range of household fine filters. Additionally, they can be retrofitted with the Z11AS fully automatic reverse rinsing actuator and the DDS76 differential pressure switch. This fine filter effectively prevents the ingress of foreign materials, such as rust particles, strands of hemp, and grains of sand, thereby minimising the risk of corrosion.
