Monobloc Mixer Tap With Aerator Nozzle - 900115

Monobloc Mixer Tap With Aerator Nozzle - 900115

Monobloc Mixer Tap with Aerator Nozzle

The 900115 is a robust monobloc mixer tap featuring a movable swan neck and an aerator nozzle. Constructed from solid brass, both the body and the swan neck ensure exceptional durability. The tap is finished with a Rilsan powder coating, making it highly resistant to wear and tear—a feature that has made it a popular choice in schools and laboratories alike.

The innovative aerator nozzle infuses air into the water stream, creating a softer flow and significantly reducing splashback. This design is particularly advantageous for rinsing various items, ensuring a cleaner and tidier workspace. The inlets are fitted with 2 x 3/8″ BSP connections, and the tap is supplied with braided tails for a flexible installation.

This monobloc mixer tap is also WRAS approved, confirming its compliance with UK regulations.

Several variations of the model are available. Please contact us for pricing and availability:

  • 900116 – Monobloc mixer tap with removable nozzle
  • 900119 – Monobloc mixer tap with a fixed swan neck and removable nozzle. The swan neck is brazed into position.

Reliance RWC TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valve 3/4

Reliance RWC TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valve 3/4" x 22mm 4.5 Bar - PTEM575200

The Reliance Water Controls (RWC) TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valves are compact relief valves specifically designed to safeguard against over-pressurisation within unvented hot water systems. Should the input temperature or pressure controls fail, these valves provide essential protection. They are optimally installed at the upper section of a hot water cylinder, where the highest temperatures are typically found. When the system exceeds 95°C, the wax mixture within the temperature probe element expands, lifting the valve off its seat and allowing water to discharge, thereby alleviating the pressure within the cylinder. In instances of increased water pressure without a corresponding temperature rise, the valve will remain closed until the designated relief mechanism pressure is reached, at which point it will open to release the excess pressure. Certain models feature a PTFE coating on the MBSP inlet thread, streamlining the installation process and saving valuable time.

Features and Benefits:

  • Protection against temperatures exceeding 95°C
  • Prevention of over-pressurisation
  • Twist-top cartridge design for effortless servicing
  • Available in a range of pressure settings and probe lengths
  • Some models include a PTFE coating for added convenience

Specifications:

  • Size: 3/4" x 22mm
  • Connections: BSP Male Inlet x Compression Outlet
  • Materials: Brass
  • Medium: Hot water only
  • Set Pressure (Set & Locked): 4.5 Barg
  • Temperature Relief: +90 to 95°C
  • Discharge Capacity: 25kW
  • Probe Length: 95mm
  • Product Code: PTEM575200
  • Notes: WRAS approved with PTFE
AURA EXZ Sub-Atmospheric Back Pressure Regulator

AURA EXZ Sub-Atmospheric Back Pressure Regulator

The AURA EXZ is a sub-atmospheric back-pressure regulator specifically designed to provide adjustable relief for excess positive pressure in vacuum systems, which can occur due to pressure build-up or upstream sample injection. Featuring a proprietary hybrid spring system and an oversized dual-surface diaphragm, the AURA EXZ guarantees exceptional precision, stability, and repeatability in its performance. With multiple seat material options available, this regulator effectively eliminates any unwanted reactions with process media, allowing for accurate throttling of excess pressure and helping to maintain optimal process conditions. Each AURA EXZ regulator is meticulously assembled in a Class 100 cleanroom, complete with all necessary gauges, fittings, and valves. The assembly undergoes thorough cleaning for oxygen service, is 100% helium leak tested, and is subjected to comprehensive flow and function tests to ensure long-term reliability, durability, and leak integrity, even in the most demanding environments worldwide. For applications that involve highly corrosive or aggressive substances, the AURA EXZ can be equipped with Dursan® LS inert coating technology, providing superior resistance to acidic and caustic media compared to traditional exotic alloys. This inert surface not only prevents moisture and media absorption but also ensures consistent performance in sensitive processes. With its precision control, advanced material options, and robust construction, the AURA EXZ is the ideal choice for accurate and reliable excess pressure control in sub-atmospheric applications.
