Two Way Wall Mounted Drop Lever Gas Tap - 900036

Two Way Wall Mounted Drop Lever Gas Tap - 900036

**Two-Way Wall Mounted Drop Lever Gas Tap** Introducing the 900036 two-way wall mounted gas tap, designed for safety and functionality in laboratory environments. Featuring distinctive yellow drop lever handles, this tap allows for quick visual identification, ensuring that any tap left in the 'on' position can be easily spotted – a vital safety feature for any educational or research setting. The gas tap is equipped with nozzles that offer the option to insert a grub screw or ‘barrels’. This innovative design allows users to easily remove and clean any debris that may obstruct the nozzle using an Allen key, thus enhancing the durability and lifespan of the tap. Widely recognised and utilised in countless laboratories, this tap is particularly favoured within the education sector. Constructed from robust solid brass, it features a male 3/8″ BSP thread, ensuring compatibility with standard connections. One of the key features of this gas tap is the integral anti-rotation pin, which prevents the tap from being twisted or dislodged from its mount. Each tap also comes with a comprehensive installation template to guarantee a quick and accurate fit. Furthermore, this gas tap proudly holds the prestigious British Gas approval, signifying its quality and reliability. **Specifications:** - **Part No:** 900036NG-WA - **Description:** Two-way wall mounted high visibility drop lever gas tap with a fixed serrated nozzle and integral anti-rotation pin. - **Applications:** Ideal for standard laboratory gas connections for Bunsen burner applications. Reliance RWC TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valve 3/4

Reliance RWC TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valve 3/4" x 22mm 7 Bar - PTEM575205

The Reliance Water Controls (RWC) TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valves are expertly designed compact valves that ensure protection against over pressurisation in unvented hot water systems. These essential valves are mounted at the upper part of a hot water cylinder, where the hottest temperatures are found. Should the system exceed 95°C, the specially formulated wax mixture within the temperature probe expands, lifting the valve off its seat to release water, thereby alleviating pressure within the cylinder. Furthermore, in the event of increased water pressure (without a corresponding temperature rise), the valve remains closed until the designated pressure limit of the relief mechanism is reached. At that point, the valve opens to relieve excess pressure. Some variants are available with a PTFE coating on the MBSP inlet thread, facilitating quicker installation.

Features and Benefits:

  • Protects against temperatures exceeding 95°C
  • Prevents over pressurisation
  • Twist-top cartridge design for effortless servicing
  • Available in a variety of pressure settings and probe lengths
  • Select models come complete with a PTFE coating

Specifications:

  • Size: 3/4" x 22mm
  • Connections: BSP Male Inlet x Compression Outlet
  • Materials: Brass
  • Medium: Hot water only
  • Set Pressure (Set & Locked): 7 Barg
  • Temperature Relief: +90 to 95°C
  • Discharge Capacity: 25kW
  • Probe Length: 95mm
  • Product Code: PTEM575205
  • Notes: With PTFE, WRAS approved

Ensure the integrity of your hot water system with the reliable and efficient RWC TPR22 Pressure & Temperature Relief Valves, providing safety and peace of mind in your home.
