The design includes a separate seal seating from the diaphragm, enhancing scaling resistance, while the cover is made from OT58 brass for additional durability. The PREL100015 is available in a range of sizes to accommodate most installations and has a pressure range of 2.5 - 5.0 bar, with the specified response pressure clearly indicated on the twist cap. The appropriate valve size is determined based on the heat output of the boiler, as outlined in the maximum heating capacity table.
