The CONCOA 435 Series regulator provides secondary pressure control for ultra-high purity inert gases, including non-corrosive and liquefied gases. Rated to full cylinder pressure, it’s ideal for point-of-use control in high-purity gas systems. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, pipe-away relief, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, captured vent bonnet, and front/rear panel mounting. Constructed from brass barstock body and bonnet, PTFE seat and internal seals, 316L stainless steel diaphragm, 10-micron sintered bronze filter, 2 in brass gauge, Cv 0.1–0.2, 1/4 in FNPT ports. Temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Complies with CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.

It can be operated via lever, extension lever, lockshield, or T-handle. - The DZR brass ball is chrome plated for sizes from 15mm to 18mm, while sizes from 22mm to 54mm come with a stainless steel ball. It includes PTFE seats and a blowout-proof stem. - Integrated M-Profile Press-Fit ends incorporate a visual pressed indicator and ‘fail-safe’ O-Ring defined leak paths. - The valve is rated PN16, with a maximum temperature tolerance of 120°C and WRAS approved for use at 85°C. **Pressure/Temperature Rating** - Operational range: -10 to 100°C at 25 Barg. - At 110°C, the rating is 23.5 Barg. - WRAS approved for temperatures up to 85°C.
