CONCOA 325 Series Regulator
The CONCOA 325 Series is a chrome-plated brass, single-stage regulator designed for lecture bottle applications. It provides reliable pressure regulation for non-corrosive gases, using the compact CAPSULE® seat design to maintain excellent control across the lecture bottle’s pressure range.
Features:
316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion
CAPSULE® seat with 360° integral filtration
Low wetted surface area reduces purge requirements
Helium leak-tested for integrity
Minimal droop ensures stable outlet pressure as gas is depleted
Specifications:
Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)
Body: Chrome-plated brass barstock; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc
Gauges: 1½" (38 mm) plated case
Seat: PTFE; Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze
Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)
Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; Cv: 0.02
Helium leak rate: 1 × 10⁻⁸ scc/sec
Internal seals: PTFE; Ports: 1/8" FNPT (inlet, outlet, gauges), 1/4" FNPT (relief)

FSDCDFA - Forward Acting Rupture Discs
The FSDCDFA Forward Acting Rupture Discs are composite conventional discs formed by three parts: a slotted, perforated metal part, a seal membrane (usually in PTFE but also available in many other metallic or non-metallic materials) and a protection section. It is excellent for use with gas and liquids in static conditions and excellent for low pressures. FSDCDFA discs react to excessive pressure with total opening in a few milliseconds without fragmentation. They are therefore recommended for valve protection. Supports may be provided for vacuum or counter-pressure protection. Composite FSDCDFA rupture discs may also be used for simultaneous protection from pressure and vacuum.
