CONCOA 492 Series Regulator

CONCOA 492 Series Regulator

Six-port, chrome-plated brass, single-stage regulator for ultra-high pressure applications

The CONCOA 492 Series regulator delivers primary pressure control for non-corrosive gases in high-purity, ultra-high-pressure applications. Instead of a diaphragm, it employs a robust piston assembly to safely manage extreme inlet pressures. Factory-installed options allow configuration as a single-station manifold, with or without purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.

Features:

  • Large piston sensor controls pressures up to 6000 PSIG (415 BAR)

  • CAPSULE® seat with integral 360° filtration

  • Front and rear panel mount simplifies installation

  • Helium leak integrity verified via spectrometry

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); 5500 PSIG (380 BAR); 6000 PSIG (415 BAR)

  • Body/Bonnet: Chrome-plated brass barstock

  • Gauges: 2½ in (68 mm) plated case

  • Seat: PCTFE (3000 & 4500 PSIG) or PEEK (6000 PSIG)

  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze

  • Temp range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

  • Piston: Brass barstock

  • Cv: 0.1

  • Seals: Encapsulated FKM

  • Ports: 1/4 in FNPT

  • Conformance: CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, CRN OH5216
