In its six-port configuration, the 420 Series is suitable for applications tolerating minor outlet pressure fluctuations or with gases stored below 500 PSIG (35 BAR). Maximum inlet pressure is at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), with optional configurations up to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR). Factory-installed options include single station manifold setup, purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.

This variant utilises the same robust pressure regulation mechanism and wetted parts as the EX1 but features a chrome-plated brass bonnet and a polycarbonate knob.
