CONCOA 455 Series Regulator

CONCOA 455 Series Regulator

Four-port, electroless nickel-plated forged brass, single-stage regulator for highly corrosive gases

The CONCOA 455 Series regulator is designed for primary pressure control of highly corrosive gases such as chlorides, sulfides, and other acid-forming gases. It features a Dursan®-coated capsule and diaphragm, providing superior corrosion resistance compared to 316L stainless steel or exotic metals like Hastelloy®. For fluorine service, a passivated stainless steel CAPSULE® and diaphragm create a fully resistant assembly. Deep purge assemblies are recommended to prevent moisture from forming acids in the gas stream.

Features:

  • Dursan® internals for enhanced corrosion resistance

  • CAPSULE® seat with 360° integral filtration

  • Captured vent protects against diaphragm failure

  • Spectrometric helium leak-checked for integrity

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR)

  • Body/Bonnet: Electroless nickel-plated forged brass

  • Gauges: 2½ in (63 mm) Monel®

  • Seat: PTFE

  • Nozzle: 316L stainless steel (passivated) or Dursan® (non-passivated)

  • Filter: 10-micron stainless steel or Dursan® mesh

  • Temp range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C)

  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel (passivated) or Dursan® (non-passivated)

  • Cv: 0.2

  • Helium leak integrity: 1 x 10⁻⁸ scc/sec

  • Ports: 1/4 in FNPT

  • Conformance: CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, CRN OH5216

FSKRDA - ASME Approved Rupture Discs

FSKRDA - ASME Approved Rupture Discs

The FSKRDA rupture discs use advanced sector technology, ensuring the convex disc camber remains unchanged by operating pressure until reverse pressure is reached. Designed for high reliability, they handle up to 95% operating-to-burst pressure ratios and thousands of cycles without compromising performance. On activation, the disc opens fully along the scored line within milliseconds, without fragmentation. These discs are less sensitive to temperature variations, making them ideal for applications with wide thermal swings.

Their innovative design allows safe use with liquids only, including cycling and pulsating conditions, without reducing safety margins. They are particularly suitable for isolating safety valves. A wide range of materials and thicknesses provides excellent corrosion resistance, further enhanced with optional PTFE linings. Vacuum support is not required, and the discs can withstand high counter-pressures.

Specifications:

  • Sizes: 1" (DN25) to 36" (DN900)

  • Materials: Stainless steel, Alloy 201, 400, 600, C276, Titanium
