The CONCOA 422 Series six-port, single-stage regulator provides primary pressure control for ultra-high purity, corrosive, and toxic gases. Ideal for cylinders under 500 PSIG (34 BAR) or applications tolerating minor outlet pressure fluctuations, it can be configured as a single station manifold with purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, pipe-away relief, cleanroom assembly, helium leak-checked integrity, captured vent bonnet, and front/rear panel mounting. Constructed from 316L stainless steel body, chrome-plated brass bonnet, PTFE/PCTFE seats, 316L diaphragm, 10-micron stainless steel filter, Cv 0.1, 2 in stainless gauges, PTFE seals, 1/4 in FNPT ports. Rated up to 3000 PSIG (3500 or 4500 PSIG optional), temperature range -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Conforms to CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, and CRN OH5216.
