CONCOA 414 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 414 Series five-port, bare brass barstock regulator provides dual-stage primary pressure control for ultra-high purity, non-corrosive, or liquefied gases. Two-stage regulation ensures stable delivery pressure despite cylinder depletion, making it ideal for applications requiring consistent flow. It can be installed directly on top-outlet cylinders or via a bracket with flexible hose. Features include metal-to-metal diaphragm seal, CAPSULE® seats with 360° filtration, pipe-away relief, helium leak-checked integrity, cleanroom assembly, captured vent bonnet, and front/rear panel mounting. Constructed from brass barstock body and bonnet, PTFE/PCTFE seats, 316L diaphragm, 10-micron sintered bronze filter, 2 in brass gauges, Cv 0.1, PTFE internal seals, 1/4 in FNPT ports. Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (3500/4500 optional). Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Compliant with CGA G-4.1, ANSI/ASME B40.1, PED 2014/68/EU, CRN OH5216.5R2.
