CONCOA 420 Series Cylinder Regulator

CONCOA 420 Series Cylinder Regulator

Six-Port, SilcoNert® 2000, Single Stage Cylinder Regulator for Reactive Analytical Applications

The CONCOA 420 Series regulator, treated with SilcoNert® 2000, is designed for primary pressure control of reactive or corrosive calibration mixtures and pure gases, providing an extremely inert wetted surface. The proprietary amorphous Silicon CVD coating delivers superior inertness and corrosion resistance compared to bare 316L stainless steel or other alloys. In its six-port configuration, the 420 Series is suitable for applications tolerating minor outlet pressure fluctuations or with gases stored below 500 PSIG (35 BAR). Maximum inlet pressure is at least 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), with optional configurations up to 4500 PSIG (310 BAR). Factory-installed options include single station manifold setup, purge, low-pressure alarm, or multiple inlets.

Reliance RWC 100 Litre Aquasystem Potable Expansion Vessel Pre Set 3.5 Bar - XVES050110

Stainless Steel Expansion Vessel for Potable Water Applications

The Reliance Valves Aquasystem Replaceable Membrane Potable Water Expansion Vessels are expertly designed to accommodate the increased load within water systems as water is heated and expands. These expansion vessels play a crucial role in maintaining safe operating levels, preventing excessive pressure build-up in both sealed heating and cold water systems. Each vessel features a replaceable membrane that safeguards against corrosion and contamination, ensuring that the water remains safe for human consumption. The inclusion of a replaceable membrane also facilitates easy servicing of the vessel without requiring removal, allowing for quick maintenance in situ.

Features and Benefits:

  • Stainless Steel Bolted Flange: Resists corrosion for enhanced durability.
  • Extra Wide Membrane Opening: Reduces noise caused by restricted flow for a quieter operation.
  • Internal Membrane Protection: Ensures no contact between water and the steel shell, preventing internal corrosion.
  • Comprehensive Size Range: Available in sizes from 2 to 5000 litres, catering to all applications.
  • Easy Servicing: All models are supplied with a replaceable membrane for convenient maintenance without removal.
  • Pre-Charge Valve: Allows for simple air pressure adjustments.
