CONCOA 213 Series Regulator

CONCOA 213 Series Regulator

The CONCOA 213 Series is a chrome-plated forged brass, dual-stage regulator designed for primary pressure control of low-pressure, non-corrosive, liquefied, or high-purity inert gases (up to grade 4.5). Its two-stage design ensures stable delivery pressure, compensating for cylinder depletion, with adjustable outputs as low as 0.1 PSIG (7 mBAR) in 0.05 PSIG (4 mBAR) increments, making it ideal for atmospheric or sub-5 PSIG (350 mBAR) applications.

Features:

  • Fine-adjusting screw for precise pressure control

  • 316L stainless steel diaphragm prevents inboard diffusion

  • CAPSULE® seat design with 360° filtration in both stages

  • Standard relief valve protects diaphragm and gauges

  • Helium leak-tested for integrity

Specifications:

  • Max inlet pressure: 3000 PSIG (210 BAR); optional 4500 PSIG (310 BAR)

  • Body: Chrome-plated forged brass; Bonnet: Chrome-plated die-cast zinc

  • Filter: 10-micron sintered bronze

  • Diaphragm: 316L stainless steel; Internal seals: PTFE

  • Temperature range: -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C); Cv: 0.02

  • Gauges: 2½" (63 mm) steel with brass connection (outlet), 2½" (68 mm) plated case (inlet)

  • Seats: PCTFE (first stage), PTFE (second stage)

  • Ports: 1/4" FNPT

  • Compliance: Meets/exceeds CGA G-4.1, PED 2014/68/EU, ANSI/ASME B40.1, CRN OH5216

Reliance RWC 102 Series Pressure Relief Valve 3/4

Reliance RWC 102 Series Pressure Relief Valve 3/4" x 3/4" F x F 6 Bar - PREL102031

**PREL102031 Reliance Water Controls (RWC) 102 Series Potable Water Pressure Relief Valve** The PREL102031 Reliance Water Controls (RWC) 102 Series Potable Water Pressure Relief Valve is designed to enhance the safety of your unvented cylinder by effectively discharging excess water pressure. In the event of over pressurisation caused by cold water, this robust valve automatically releases water from the system at a designated pressure, ensuring reliable protection against potential damage. Constructed for efficiency, Reliance Valves' 102 Series Potable Water Pressure Relief Valves are pre-set and locked to specific pressure levels. Should the system pressure surpass this threshold, the valve promptly lifts off the seat, allowing water to flow to waste. As the primary safety device in an unvented water system, this valve is essential for effective pressure management. Built with a single-piece cartridge, the pressure relief valves are available in a variety of pressure settings between 3.5 to 8 bar, along with multiple connection sizes for versatile installation options. **Key Features and Benefits:** - **Easy Maintenance**: The rapid removal of the single-piece cartridge simplifies cleaning and replacement. - **Enhanced Durability**: The diaphragm design offers improved resistance against scale build-up. - **Safety Assurance**: Protects your system against harmful over pressurisation. - **Flexible Installation**: Multiple connection sizes allow for adaptable fitting in various setups. - **Adjustable Pressure Range**: Set relief pressure ranges from 3.5 to 8 bar, suitable for various applications. - **Cold Water Use**: Specifically designed for cold water applications only. **Specifications:** - **Size**: 3/4" x 3/4" - **Connections**: BSP Female Inlet x BSP Female Outlet - **Materials**: Hot pressed DZR Brass - **Medium**: Cold water - **Set Pressure**: 6 Barg - **Temperature Rating**: +140°C - **Product Code**: PREL102031 Ensure the reliability and safety of your unvented water system with the PREL102031 Reliance Water Controls 102 Series Potable Water Pressure Relief Valve.
