This is our new aluminium dropside plank/capping system, created exclusively by John Adams. It features a more contemporary design while offering improved practicality compared to standard dropside planking systems. As well as being lighter in weight, it also allows for custom graphics and accommodates over-centre locks and conspicuity tape. Supplied in either anodised or mill finish.

Aluminium Contour Dropside Plank

• 400 mm profile

• Single-piece plank

• Commonly used to build dropside bodies on flatbed trailers or pick-up trucks

• Compatible with our dropside end caps, centre pillars, and corner pillars

• The single-piece design eliminates the need to combine two 200 mm planks to achieve full side height

• For dropsides taller than 400 mm, our HP50, HP51, HP52, and HP53 sections can be used to reach the required height

Our aluminium floor planking clips together to give a particularly attractive finish, whilst offering a considerable weight saving over a timber or mesh floor which maximises payload.

This is an extremely strong & durable flooring option, once fitted this floor will last a lifetime as it will not rot or rust unlike other flooring materials.
