Successful Completion of New Railway Timetabling System for London Underground

DeltaRail has successfully completed a major project to develop a new timetabling system for London Underground who have kindly provided the following summary reference in recogition of this important milestone:

"The RTS system provides London Underground with its railway timetabling capability across its entire network. Following an EU compliant procurement process, DeltaRail was awarded a contract at circa £6m for development and support of the application. This was based on a range of criteria including capability, experience and commercial aspects.

Following the award, DeltaRail has worked with the Scheduling Services and Information Management teams in London Underground to deliver the project, and in 2011 the acceptance and warranty phases were successfully completed.

RTS is due to be operational in 2012/13."
