Materials Handling Solution debuts at IMHX

Established UK Materials Handling Specialists, Advanced Handling, showcase new handling and lifting solutions at IMHX 2013 Stand No: 20F86

Advanced Handling reveal their debut handling and lifting solutions including the new Goods Only MezzLite, ergonomic Stackers from the new PRONOMIC range and overhead weightless handling applications from Movomech. Alongside these new solutions Advanced Handling’s most popular range of Scissor Tables are also on display including a Standard Static Scissor Table, Heavy Duty Mobile Double Electric Scissor Table, Light Duty Mobile Aluminium Table and EZ Loader.

Advanced Handling’s new MezzLite has been developed over the last year to provide a modular construction with a standard platform area whilst retaining the ability to customise the height.  This new model is on display at IMHX and David Goss, Advanced Handling’s Technical Director explained, “The MezzLite has been created to assist customers in transferring goods between two levels in a safe and cost effective manner.

Our design brief focused on ensuring the installation time and product costs were kept to a minimum and still ensuring safety was at all times an integral part of the process. For our customers who require larger lift heights or bigger capacities we also have our traditional range of goods lifts which we individually design to ensure full compatibility with every specific requirement called for.”
At the end of 2012 Advanced Handling became part of the Sunnex Group which created the expansion of materials handling solutions the company now offers, including ergonomic lightweight stackers from PRONOMIC and overhead handling applications from Movomech.

The PRONOMIC Lift&Drive trolley provides lifting solutions for between 60kg to 225kg and offers a broad range of applications within the office to the warehouse including the Expand&Turn and Squeeze&Turn ideal for roll, reel and drum handling and the Service Lifter a modular 3 piece trolley ideal for supporting onsite servicing using the trolley to eradicate the manual lifting and bending. These are all on display at IMHX and will be demonstrated on the Advanced Handling stand.

Overhead lifting and handling solutions join the Advanced Handling range from Movomech which provides weightless overhead lifting solutions. On display at IMHX visitors can see the Mechchain PRO Series which offers silent and precision lifting for capacities of 63kg to 125kg and the Mechline PRO 50 which offers an easily manoeuvrable pneumatic light weight lifting solution.

As Advanced Handling launches these new product debuts at this year’s IMHX, the specialist materials handling company was established over 35 years ago in 1977 and has grown and developed with changes in the industry. Managing Director, Mike Prince commented on the company’s success and attendance at this year’s IMHX. “Product development is a vital part of growth and learning for any business and at Advanced Handling it proved very successful when we maximised our core skills towards producing bespoke solutions.
