Double Award Win For Heald''s Matador!

Following on from our quadruple shortlist, we are proud to announce that Heald has won two awards for our sliding bollard system, the Matador.

During the Security and Counter Terror Expo at the beginning of March, Heald were presented the Perimeter Protection Award by the Rt. Hon Sir Michael Fallon at the Counter Terror Awards.

This follows on from the Made in Yorkshire awards, where Heald won the Innovation category. Commenting on Heald’s win, the judges said: “Heald behaves like the £50m global leader that it will one day be.”

The Matador has been installed in the UK and overseas, including a recent installation at the Historic French Quarter in New Orleans.

Managing Director, Debbie Heald MBE added: "I am delighted that the Matador has been recognised for the innovative product it is and would like to congratulate all winners from both ceremonies."
