Did you know Kelio includes Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Your data will have extra protection from theft or the wrong person logging in. This drastically reduces the risk of a security breach by protecting sensitive data.

Initially, a login and password are entered. Once these have been authenticated, the second factor is initiated. A One Time Password (OTP) is sent to a professional email then up to two further personal email addresses.

You can choose from different types of authentication mode, including:

No MFA
Global: everyone is subject to MFA when logging in to Kelio
By rights profiles: users who have a rights profile subject to MFA

The benefits of Kelio’s MFA:

Create a list of users, with the option of exporting in a CSV format
Exclude a user from MFA; no second factor is required
If there is no email access, it is possible to generate a code from password supervision
