Each ASM brings extensive industry experience and a genuine passion for helping customers grow their EPDM sales. TRC's regional team structure ensures merchants and contractors across England, Scotland and Wales have access to knowledgeable support whenever they need it.
North
Covering Scotland and Northern England, Crawford McAllister brings more than three decades of construction sales experience to the role. Crawford joined Avenir Roofing Ltd in 2023 with a focus on expanding awareness of TRC EPDM and helping merchants maximise opportunities within the flat roofing market.
Crawford is particularly passionate about promoting TRC's cut-to-size service and supporting stockists looking to improve margins while offering greater convenience to their customers.
Midlands East
Supporting merchants and contractors across the eastern counties of the Midlands, our ASM Steve Clowes works closely with customers to identify growth opportunities, deliver product training and provide technical guidance on TRC EPDM systems. His focus is on helping branches build confidence in EPDM sales while ensuring contractors have access to the products and knowledge they need to complete successful installations.
Midlands West
Across the West Midlands and beyond, Sean Fryer supports a broad customer base with product demonstrations, branch visits and technical advice. His trade days and coffee mornings help introduce customers to the benefits of TRC EPDM membranes, accessories and installation solutions.
South East
Covering one of the UK's busiest construction markets, Robbie Dawson works closely with merchants and contractors to provide product support, training opportunities and guidance on the full TRC range. His role is centred on helping customers develop their EPDM offering and increase confidence in specifying and selling rubber roofing systems.
South West
Across the South West, regional ASM Duncan Davidson helps customers access training, technical support and product expertise.
