Introducing SPoutlet – The New Rainwater Outlet for Single Ply Roofs

SPoutlet, a new single ply rainwater outlet, has been launched and will soon be available from selected roofing merchants nationwide.

Developed to connect directly into standard 68 mm domestic downpipes, SPoutlet is manufactured from durable, waterproof plastic and is compatible with most single ply membranes. 

Where SPoutlet cannot be installed directly above the downpipe, the optional Flextender accessory can be used to bridge the gap. 

The Flextender is a 45 cm flexible pipe that connects SPoutlet to the downpipe using a jubilee clip, downpipe connector and a mastic sealant, providing a versatile installation solution.  

A spokesperson for SPoutlet says:

“The SPoutlet has been developed to provide a simple, cost-effective solution to the challenge of draining flat roofs into domestic downpipes.
