Forwessun Announces Expanded TSLH Availability
Forwessun International, a long‑established specialist in PCBA test fixtures and legacy system restoration, has announced the expanded availability of refurbished TSLH systems
First introduced by Teradyne in the early 2000s, the TestStation LH (TSLH) platform built a strong reputation for dependable performance, compact hardware, and cost‑effective operation. Its SafeTest Protection technology remains a key advantage, enabling safe and accurate testing of today’s low‑voltage electronics while maintaining the precision and repeatability required on modern production lines.
As many manufacturers continue using the same test systems for extended periods, ageing equipment can begin to slow throughput or fall behind evolving industry standards. Forwessun’s refurbishment capabilities address this challenge directly, enabling engineering teams to retain familiar workflows while benefiting from improved system performance.
Each TSLH unit is fully remastered at Forwessun’s global facilities. The process includes a complete electronics overhaul, replacement of wear‑based components, fresh wet‑paint finishing, and full calibration to original OEM specifications. The result is a system that performs to the standard of a new machine, but at a significantly lower cost.
Shorter lead times are another advantage. With refurbished units available sooner than new OEM systems, manufacturers can quickly restore testing capacity and minimise production downtime.
“For many companies, these systems have been trusted for years,” a Forwessun spokesperson commented. “Our refurbishment process gives them a second life, delivering the reliability and performance engineers expect from a brand‑new machine.”
