Forma metal column casings - a bespoke solution

As a key product in our Verta column casings range, Forma metal casings provide a highly versatile, decorative and durable solution for concealing both interior and exterior structural steelwork or concrete column supports.

Bespoke manufactured from either aluminium or stainless steel, the Forma range is available in thicknesses from 1.5mm to 3mm, depending on the profile and material selected, and their inherent weather resistance makes them ideally suited for interior and exterior applications

While most Forma casings are manufactured to the dimensions and requirements of individual projects, a selected range of standard diameters is available from 250mm to 1000mm. In addition to circular profiles, bespoke options enable square, rectangular, elliptical or hexagonal forms to be specified, as well as unique custom profiles.

The choice of finishes is also extensive, and in addition to the wide range of RAL colour PPC coating options, brushed, anodised, embossed and textured finishes including Rimex, are also available. Single Forma casings have a maximum height of 3000mm, although multiple casings can be stacked where extended heights need to be reached.

This level of versatility and specification freedom enables Forma to be used in a diverse range of applications and has already been implemented on a range of prestigious interior and exterior projects, including Tetrosyl’s head office in Rotherham, Winchester College and Birmingham Dental Hospital
