Found It – Comprehensive Council Lost Property
Our lost property system, originally developed for the rail industry, was designed to handle high-volume usage with hundreds of employees accessing it via mobile devices. Understanding that councils operate differently—with fewer lost property cases and limited access to council-issued mobiles—we’ve adapted the solution to better fit their environment.
Managers with mobile devices can still access the system on the go, but it’s primarily optimised for seamless PC use, making it accessible to all staff. Items can be digitally logged within minutes and stored in the usual location, eliminating the need for paper forms and manual filing.
